Bite my Style by Zoran Aragovic
I took some time to review this years best Croatian designers Fall/Winter 2014. collections and was really excited to see a comeback of some designers who's collections I used to adore like Zoran Aragovic who came back this season with strong collection under his label name 'Bite My Style'.
Being an Alexander McQueen signature scull print fan I really enjoyed Aragovic's scull embroidered black pencil skirt, as well as floaty multicolor and pattern coats and popular designer sweatshirts with his brand name print 'Bite Me'. I am looking into getting full third look from the collage above.
Already well known designer by her quality of making and casual luxury approach with an irresistible sweetness and femininity Sonja Lamut, designer behind Soel brand didn't disappoint.
I love the comfy, soft feeling of her line and beautiful fabrications. My favorite pieces are her signature sweatshirt and embroidered maxi dress and a beige coat.

Arileo is another established Croatian fashion brand I have been following for several seasons, this year designer played with metallic through aviator theme and coated fabrications. Collection was delivered beautifully both in making and presentation.

Young designer Ana Bogdan played with gorgeous textures with her fairly trans-seasonal collection. I am impressed with lizard texture featured on the brown jacket, sleeves and edges of nude knitted tops. I can see myself wearing these gorgeous pieces in Spring and even in Barcelona Fall.

Romantic side of Croatian fashion was represented by romantic feminine brands Lei Lou by Alex Dojcinovic and Envy Room. Alexandra presented a widely pastel color pallet with a few bright color pops. My favorite pieces were mini skirt Chanelish two piece suite and gorgeous structured double breasted wrap coats.

This is a celebratory year for designers behind Envy Room who marked 10 years of their brand this year with huge celebrity struck editorial shoot. The designer duo remained true to their gentle, lady like and feminine signature with pops of floral (I love that they featured their florals in beautiful fall color pallet) but they also introduced a 'protective layer' of leather with leather wrap coats with floral lining. My three favorite collection pieces are featured bellow.

Designer Kristina behind Krie brand designed gorgeous A-line faux leather dress with yellow coat (love the color combo) I just didn't like the blue fur as it felt a bit extensive for my personal taste although effective for fashion show. I adore the gorgeous leather skirt and tie up pants which she showed and styled unpretentiously with a t-shirt and a cape coat. I would probably style these looks with different footwear but other then that, gorgeous making and craftsmanship on leather.

Hollywood stars red-carpet go-to (yes Croatian!) designer (very pregnant) Martina Felja professionally supervised her show and then left directly to hospital to have her baby! Wouu you power women! She showed a collection rich with cocktail dresses and sequin full ensembles out of which my favorites were silver sequin tights perfect for upcoming holiday dinner parties and gorgeous maxi long sleeve wrap dress.

Obekei is popular brand with Croatian fashionistas, although I do not match their shoppers age group I find them remarkably fresh and talented for Croatian market and hope they expand and go international super fast! Adore their number shirts and black and white sweatshirt dress!
